1 cup chocolate or graham cracker wafer crumbs
3 tbl melted butter
Combine crumbs and butter; press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350° for 10 mins.
3 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c flour
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 lb Sweenor's almond butturcrunch chopped (dark chocolate is the way to go) (you should probaby get extra buttercrunch because when chopping you will be tempted to eat some) (trust me on this)
Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well afrter each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Stir in chocolate pieces; pour over crust. Bake at 325°, 55 minutes, or until done in center. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
