We ship orders via UPS and USPS. All orders are shipped gift-wrapped in seasonally appropriate paper unless otherwise stated. We highly recommend signing up with UPS My Choice on UPS.COM so UPS can send a text message with an estimated delivery time. We also recommend getting tracking updates via USPS by signing up for Informed Delivery. All orders placed online will receive a tracking number. While UPS and USPS strive to deliver packages on time, we have no control once the package leaves our store. We recommend shipping to commercial addresses where possible so that candy is not left outside. It is UPS's policy to leave the package if no one is home. We are not responsible if the product is damaged from being left outside. We do not ensure the quality or speed of delivery by our shipping vendors. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Once the package leaves our store, we have no control over the way it is handled. All purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of the time orders are received. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call us.
Because chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees, it may be necessary to ship your package 2-day UPS in heat-resistant packaging and with an ice pack. If you do not select this option, but we think it is necessary, we will contact you to notify you of the additional charge. In the warm weather, we do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid delivery delays on the weekend.
All sales are final. The health depatment does not permit the return of any candy.
All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, dairy, peanuts and other types of nuts.
The majority of our products are gluten free. The exception are crackers, pretzels and oreos.
